Service provision: providing the AI replica, memory, and chat service; gallery and image generation; credit-based paid features.
Member management: registration and authentication; identification and verification; maintaining membership; preventing fraudulent use.
Customer support and inquiries: responding to inquiries and communicating results.
Service improvement: analyzing usage to improve the Service and the quality of AI features.
Article 2 (Retention Period)
The Company processes and retains personal information within the period agreed at the time of collection or within the period required by law.
Member information: until membership is withdrawn.
Service usage records and logs: as required by law (e.g. up to 3 years under the Communications Secrets Protection Act where applicable).
Payment and transaction records: as required by law (e.g. 5 years under the E-Commerce Act where applicable).
After the retention period ends or the purpose of processing is achieved, personal information is deleted or anonymized without delay, unless retention is required by law.
Article 3 (Items of Personal Information Processed)
Required: name (or display name), email address, and information necessary for authentication; service usage records, access logs, and connection information.
Optional: profile information you choose to provide (e.g. profile photo).
Automatically collected: IP address, device information, browser type, and similar technical data necessary for operation and security.
Content data: messages and content you create in chats or replicas, and images you upload or generate, to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Service.
Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)
The Company processes personal information only within the scope of the purposes set out in this policy. The Company does not provide personal information to third parties for their own marketing or other purposes unless you have consented or law requires it.
If the Company provides personal information to third parties in the future for purposes not stated here, it will obtain your consent or comply with applicable legal bases.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Processing)
The Company entrusts personal information processing to the following parties to the extent necessary to provide the Service:
• Infrastructure and database: e.g. Supabase Inc. (hosting and database).
• Payment processing: e.g. Polar (or the Company's designated payment provider) for credit purchases and related transactions.
• AI and cloud services: e.g. providers of AI models and cloud infrastructure used for replica conversations, image generation, and related features.
When entrusting processing, the Company enters into agreements that require the trustee to protect personal information and to process it only for the entrusted purposes. The Company supervises compliance with those obligations.
Important notice regarding AI and third-party services
Content you submit (e.g. chat messages, images) may be processed by AI service providers to provide replica responses and image generation. Such processing is carried out in accordance with the providers' policies and applicable law. Please do not include highly sensitive personal information in content you submit if you do not wish it to be processed by such providers.
Article 6 (Your Rights)
You may, at any time, request access to your personal information, correction of errors, deletion, or suspension of processing, in accordance with applicable law.
You may exercise these rights by contacting the Company using the contact details below. The Company will respond without delay in accordance with applicable procedures and time limits.
If you request correction or deletion, the Company will not use or provide the relevant personal information until the correction or deletion is completed.

The Company takes technical, administrative, and physical measures to protect personal information, including: limiting and training staff who handle personal information; controlling access to systems that process personal information; using encryption and secure transmission where appropriate; and taking measures against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
